A great leader have both tough and tender side, soft on the outside (relational) and strong on the insider(princpled-centered) ,secured enough to take criticism(Tough) and serve the critic(Tender). Forthright and yet encouraging . clear and rational vision, yet posses “ethos” and passion . principled in relationship but yet warm.
